Objectives of Human Resource Management (HRM)-

1. Macro and Societal Objectives:

This level of objective focus on to develop social affections and social values in a society and to do this work, it focuses on two things like that-

(a) To provide social security measures to our working employees such as equitable salary and incentives.

(b) To maintain and create the values and the source of high moral of trust.

2. Micro and Organizational Objectives:

This level of objective focus on to build the team spirit and helps to provide the opportunities in decision-making facilities. So, To do this work, it focuses on three things like that-

(a) Create a sense and feeling of team spirit opportunity and enhance the suggestion style of employees.

(b) To provide a facility of communication in decision making.

(c) To provide the satisfaction of various needs and wants of individuals to achieve organizational goals.

3. functional objectives:

(a) To maintain the relation of employees and employers with the organization.

(b) To provide necessary opportunities and facilities of motivation and inspiration to our individuals for the achievement of organizational growth.

4. Personal Objectives:

This objective helps to secure the interpretation facilities of individual and groups to maintain organizational effectiveness. This point of objective also helps to create harmony between the environment of a business.

Roles of Human Resource Management (HRM)-

The major roles of human resource management can be categorized into three basic levels:-

1. At the Corporate Level:

(a) Searching, evaluating, and retaining the talent required for the business organization to various ways like a requirement placement, selection, and orientation.

(b) Reduce the workload of an employee and helps to provide better training facilities for the purpose of development.

(c) Optimum utilization of resources (such as financial resources, material resources, and human resources).

(d) At the corporate level, HRM focused on to build the team spirit among the various group of human resources.

2. At the Professional Level:

(a) At the term of professional level, HRM aim is to integrate the goals of the individual with the objectives of the organization.

(b) The overall performance level of employees can be improved only through human resource management.

(c) The objective of management is to achieve the goals and it can also be fulfilled by the better structure of HRM.

3. At the Social Level:

(a) HRM provides an atmosphere discipline at the place of work. Through this level of factor, individual employees can improve themselves.

(b) Providing the term of job satisfaction.

(c) Efficient human resource management leads to proper improvement in the economy.

Functions of Human Resource Management (HRM)-

The major functions of human resource management can be categorized into five (5) aspects:-

1. Procurement Function:

This is the first and most important function of hrm is to trace or find the right person for a specific job. In this function, HRM analyzes the various approaches to find out the best individual for our organization. The approaches can be planning, recruitment, selection, and placement of the job.

2. Development Function:

The development function of human resource management is to develop the skills and potential level of employees so that they can easily face the situations of all problems. HRM provides training and development facilities to our human resources so that they can develop themselves.

3. Maintenance Function:

This function helps to maintain the health standard of an employee so that they can easily regulate or maintain a healthy life and give real benefits to the organization.

4. Compensation Function:

This function helps to provide the fair remuneration to our employees for their contribution to their attainment of organizational goals. This includes various types of remunerations such as wages, salary, and other monetary benefits.

5. Integration Function:

One of the important function of human resource management or HRM is to integrate the goals of an individual with the goals of the organization or the business. This helps to lead the growth of a particular business.
