Objectives of HRM consists various points for explaining the purpose of human resource management towards the employees or individuals of the organization. Those objectives of human resource management are:-

1. To Provide Social Security Measures-

This is the primary objectives of hrm and it means to provide security system benefits towards our individuals. In every human resource management which is the sub-part of the big organizations are their primary motive is to provide social and economic security to our individuals and workers.

These measures are work for the benefits of individuals and their families because it helps to protect them from various uncertainties like a health problem, wealth problem, and others.

Social Security includes various services like free medical facilities, provide life insurance policies, family benefits, maternity benefits, old age benefits, and also save their provident funds also.

2. To Maintain the Moral and Trust

This is the second objectives of hrm and it means to maintain the high moral and trust of individuals with the respect of organization. In every big or small organization, ‘Moral’ and ‘Trust‘ are the key things for building the strong relationship between top and lower level of management.

This is the fourth objectives of hrm and it means to form the team for creating the group efforts. In every business company and real life, team spirit plays a crucial role.

Team Spirit is the affection of pleasure and loyalty that helps the existing members of a team to build a good relationships. Human Resource Management always tries to build the team for following the functional structure of an organization.

This is the eighth objectives of hrm and it means to protect and coordinate the relationships of the individuals with their group members for the achievement of objectives and goals. 9. To Optimize the Effective Utilization of human Resources-

This is the ninth objectives of hrm and it means to acquire the human resource parts for doing a particular work and for achieving the organizational goal. The human resources are the backbone criteria of our management because it decides the day and night of any organization.
